just saw the proposal on August 1st so I thought I blog about it today with my views. Firstly would love to say that ryan renolds and sandra bullock complimented each other very well in this movie. and it was some what ironic as in reality ryan is the one whose canadian. ANYWAYS I have to give this movie a hands down 9/10 I laughed so hard it was insane, this show was show stopping, heart pounding just a whole ride of fun, laughter and joy. It is one of the best romantic comedy's I have seen in a long time. Though there are some worthy admirables to compete with this show, I have a feeling it'll be hard to top for at least a while. WELL I don't wanna spoil it for any of yea out there who hasn't seen it yet.... so wat are ya waiting for??? go watch it and thank me later! (for my solid advice of course :] )

Harry potter

Hey there! It's Amanda, Penelope and I recently watched Harry Potter and the half blood prince. and if you haven't seen the movie I suggest you do not read this thread for it could be a spoiler for you. *SPOILER ALERT* I thought that this movie was so funny, it was like a romantic comedy with a dark twist (the voldermort twist) Well I see that the HP cast are all grow up now. just a few years ago a decade I think the first HP came out and our cast of Hermoine Granger, Harry Potter, Ronald Weasely, Draco Malfoy, Neval Longbottom couldn't look any more adorable. Now almost a decades past, I must say that Hermoine Granger has turned in to one Gorgeous gal, Harry Potter well he looked better then. Weasely's gotten buff with some mean biceps (yes we noticed his solid arms), Draco his hair still very blonde however he looked cuter then. I think Nevals charm is still there though.

The movie was interesting, I especially loved Ron's stalker; Lavender, I think she was absolutely genius at her role. The bloke that licked his fingers at the lovely Emma Watson(Hermoine Granger) was good looking too, but no one could compare to how gorgeus bellatrix lestrange is (in my opinion that is) The movie didn't really explained much about why snape is the half blood prince, but his character is absolutely brilliant creds to Rowling. However I thought that the movies ending was absolute crap. But towards the ending, I had to get out of the theathers it was just freezing in there so I couldn't really care. But now that I look back and reflet I think: thats it?

It's been AGES, since I've updated this silly ol' blog. Well its because I have been vacationing. Sorry to my loyal fan (Sam, there I mentioned you, don't ever say i didn't again) Okay so I recently I am just traveling and went to Kuala Gandah in Malaysia. I visited the Elephant sanctuary over there, it was such a wonderful experience. Over there, I got the chance to feed some baby elephants. (and baby elephants have hair on their heads ya know) bath the elephants.

We got the chance to sit on the elephant and the elephant would take us all the way up to the nearby lake and it spray us with its trunk, than amanda slid off and fell in the lake. Suddenly we saw this big patch of yellow growing in the lake, and the elephant keeper told us and I quote this were his exact words: 'elephant has made wee wee'. I couldn't help but burst out laughing. and poor manda so upset that shes drench in elephant pee all over her new clothes. (we bought some clothes while at the pavilion in KL) Later we visited the gift shop and bought some Tee's to support the sanctuary. Well all the time I have now, I'm sure manda will update the rest of our trip later. TOODLES

offspring of the king of pop?!

I recently read in a newspaper article, that former ex-wife of Michael Jackson, Debbie Rowe will soon file for custody of the two children she had with MJ; Prince Michael and Paris. However I feel that splitting up the three siblings after their legendary father has passed would be even more traumatizing for the young ones. Rowe who had given up sole custody to Michael Jackson after he paid her off almost a decade ago just wants to step in and claim rights to the children? If you ask me this is a little fishy, since she has not seen the children for almost a decade. I hope that for the kids sake they will be happy no matter what might happen to them. Everyone knows that Michael truly loved his children a whole lot, and I'm sure the children will have lots of money to inherit, but lets hope that that is not the true reason for why Rowe wants the children back now.....

Okay, we know we're behind time but lately I've been seeing many blogs having ads from nuffnang and advertlets so I decided to check out the sites I still didn't really get how to use the sites. So i decided to do a Google search.

Fathers day

Today was fathers day, what did you guys do for your father? For mine, me and my sister took him out for breakfast. Than we had a surprise for him, my fathers favorite hobby (fishing) we had rent a boat for him and invited 4 of his fishing budds to enjoy this day with him. his fishing budds (children are like over seas so they had nothing on so we invited them to have fun with my dad) They all spend the entire day deep sea fishing and came back with their prize fish. Well at least they came back with picture of their prized catch. My dad would never dream of taking away the joy of catching from other fishing-lovers and always returns his catch back to the sea. All in all I think my dad enjoyed himself. what did u do for your father?

Holidays just countdown away

Summer breaks just a week away, already can I feel that warm summer breeze in my hair, the endless time to frolic under the sun, laying down on the sandy white beaches, surfing in to the gnarlious waves. beach volleyball, summer shopping. all that heat to get your hearts pumping. Dang I'm majorly excited. I hope you are too. but a big bummer is that now with the swine flu epidermic I'm too afraid to go to Melbourne like i was planning to. so where should i go? :(

Exams are finally over

last week was the very last week of exams. Basically I'm just counting down the days till I get my summer holidays. I know you are too *winks* exactly 14days of school left, for me that is. Then off to my summer holiday. and who knows? maybe a summer fling? or something more. All i can say is, new country, new people, and new hearts to steal XD

I'm going to the land down under, technically it'll be winter there, so I wont be sweating the whole time(yup my fat burning plan ruined) I think summer is good as it just makes you sweat thus making you thinner. But it is wretchedly hot. therefore I'm residing to Melbourne for some comfy coolness. wish my some summer luck will ya

ARRRRGGGHHHH!!!!!!! it's that time again, FINALS are here and they decide whether you become a useful person to society or one 'em garbage junkies . Fail and go no where, pass and not get in to the places you want to go to. Succeed and you get into a place you can't afford. Honestly, when does the misery stop? I need some guidance......... GOD??? is that you I hear? NOPE its just faith coming to tell me that I'm dumb!

MOTHERS DAY

Finally, mothers day arrives. And mothers day is special for my family as it is also my Nana's birthday. I tell ya, it was such a beautifully spent day. First, we woke up well early as typical as any other Sunday my mother, Nana and the rest of my family members all went for church.

After we came home for lunch where a meal was already prepared for us. WE had roast beef, chicken, salad, spaghetti bolognas. and for dessert, we had Ice cream from Baskin and Robbins, caramel creme custard, truffle, and cake. yup we definitely ate our hearts out.

After lunch, we had the opening of the gifts, I gave my mother tickets to watch Mens in tutu, and flowers. Plus I got her an all complementary voucher to a day at the spa. Well off to watch Mens in tutu with ma mum (I got her 3 tickets to go with her friends but she wants to take me and my sis with her instead). Hope all your mothers days out there when well. and to the mothers. HAPPY MOTHERS DAY. --------THE CAKE--------

Awesome performances by slash of Guns N roses. Man, could he really jam that guitar out, I will for sure be one of the millions of people who will be buying his album when it comes out. No doubt.... I just didn't get their performance, I found it rather odd. It was kinda messy and all over the place for me, sorry. Paula Abdul? I mean was she even really singing? I couldn't tell caused it looked kinda fake at certain areas. But Gosh, Daughtry. They are so hot I absolutely heart 'em.

American Idol was just shocking!! How Alison got booted? I have no idea... she should have gotten in the top 3 =( Anyways still it is kinda hard to have to choose between voting for Adam, Danny, Chris and Alison. And now, we are left with three.... the next American Idol will be chosen on May20. mark your calenders!!

Finals!

Our softball team made it to the finals, we were so proud of ourselves to beat out countless of other teams and make it to the finals, unexpectedly and I seriously mean unexpectedly as this was the first time that all of us were playing softball, IN OUR LIVES.

when the clock struck 3.30pm, our hearts of content and joy turned in to shriveled fear, we were all anticipating as this team was known to be the best. well we learn that they are called the best for a reason. Every ball we pitched, they hit it out of the park! we were amazed! shocked!! flabbergasted!!! WE lost =( 20-3 but we won in our hearts =)
