Its almost June people! summer holidays are up. The beach parties, shopping sprees, short shorts, gigantic sunnies, and the sexy bodies. Yup i just like 80% of you out there have to start getting my body back to its summer shape and throw away all that winter fat. its just so not fair isn't it? But then again exercising is fun and healthy.
